Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
physical ability to carry heavy trays
willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

prior experience in banquet or food service preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
customer service oriented
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
physical stamina to stand and carry trays for extended periods

Job Duties

serve guests during banquet events
set up and break down banquet rooms
ensure all food and beverages are served promptly and accurately
provide exceptional customer service to guests
