Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- able to walk, bend, and stoop occasionally
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
- must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- detail oriented
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- basic mathematical skills
Job Duties
- Assist with set up for the event including placement of tables and chairs
- put up decorations and prepare serving stations
- greet guests upon arrival and ensure customer satisfaction
- service guests with food and beverage requirements efficiently and courteously
- maintain tables and buffets by keeping them stocked and appealing
- pre-bus tables by removing soiled dishes after each course
- breakdown trays of soiled dishes and linens in the dish room according to standards
- perform setup and closing procedures as per staff assignments and checklists
- comply with company requirements for personal appearance and grooming
- act according to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations
- resolve guest issues professionally
- attend required meetings and trainings
- perform other duties as assigned by management
