Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures is helpful
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Sets up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, and silverware
- Provides excellent customer service to banquet guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns promptly
- Efficiently serves food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timing
- Accurately handles cash transactions, including processing payments and balancing cash drawers
- Works effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other servers and banquet staff to provide seamless service
- Communicates clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and supervisors
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event
- Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines
