Job Duties

  • Deliver outstanding guest service throughout all phases of an event
  • Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs with professionalism and care
  • Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu offerings and service details
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately from staging areas
  • Support fellow team members during peak service times
  • Learn and execute buffet, plated, and reception-style service formats
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown and cleanup
  • Complete side work and preparations for upcoming events
