Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding guest service throughout all phases of an event
- Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs with professionalism and care
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu offerings and service details
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately from staging areas
- Support fellow team members during peak service times
- Learn and execute buffet, plated, and reception-style service formats
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Assist with event setup, execution, and post-event breakdown and cleanup
- Complete side work and preparations for upcoming events
