Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of serving experience
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, and squat frequently
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to complete full application process after applying
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of serving experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills including service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to make professional and independent decisions within company policy
- ServeSafe and TIPS certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare for and serve food and beverages at various functions including buffets, receptions, plated meals, and refreshment breaks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation standards
- Assist in setting up designated rooms for events
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and in a friendly manner
- Serve and clear assigned stations while supporting team members
- Complete side work during non-busy hours
