Job Qualifications

- knowledge and understanding of quality food service techniques and standards

Job Duties
- Review banquet event order for schedule of daily functions
- consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
- complete all side work and related cleaning duties
- prepare banquet rooms for assigned functions
- prepare, deliver, and refresh coffee stations
- serve meals
- perform both opening and closing procedures
