Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or catering preferred
  • Completion of mandatory Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Must meet dress code standards
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
  • Compliance with uniform and Personal Protective Gear policies

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with customers in hospitality or catering settings
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
  • Adherence to dress code requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
  • Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Set up catering and event services according to event and customer specifications
  • Deliver and transport food, beverages, and supplies to event locations
  • Arrange seating, tables, buffet lines, and event equipment as outlined in event itineraries
  • Refill food and beverages during events
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food service areas
  • Clear food and beverage items and break down event spaces after the event
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event guests
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a secure environment
