Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or catering preferred
- Completion of mandatory Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must meet dress code standards
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Compliance with uniform and Personal Protective Gear policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with customers in hospitality or catering settings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
- Adherence to dress code requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Set up catering and event services according to event and customer specifications
- Deliver and transport food, beverages, and supplies to event locations
- Arrange seating, tables, buffet lines, and event equipment as outlined in event itineraries
- Refill food and beverages during events
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food service areas
- Clear food and beverage items and break down event spaces after the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to event guests
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a secure environment
