Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including arranging tables chairs linens silverware and glassware
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and assist with seating
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally ensuring guests have everything they need
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event
