Job Requirements

Strong communication multitasking and teamwork skills
ability to thrive in fast-paced high-volume environments
current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure
ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 10+ pounds
flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver attentive high-quality dining service during banquets and special events
set up dining areas roll silverware and prepare food and beverage stations
serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines
maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas
communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout events
resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
handle guest checks cash and tip reporting accurately
uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards
maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
