  • current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
  • ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift carry push and pull 10+ pounds

Job Duties

  • Deliver attentive high-quality dining service during banquets and special events
  • set up dining areas roll silverware and prepare food and beverage stations
  • serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines
  • maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas
  • communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout events
  • resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • handle guest checks cash and tip reporting accurately
  • uphold all food safety sanitation and company service standards
  • maintain a polished professional appearance at all times
