Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or catering preferred
- ability to work independently
- flexible to work evenings and weekends
- completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking
- compliance with uniform and personal protective equipment policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- prior catering experience preferred
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- adherence to dress code and uniform policy
Job Duties
- Set up catering and event services according to customer and banquet directives
- transport food, drinks, and supplies to event locations
- arrange seating, tables, buffet lines, and event equipment
- refill food and beverages during events
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food service areas
- clear food and beverage deliveries post-event and break down event locations
- provide exceptional customer service throughout events
- ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
