Job Requirements
- food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
- six months to one year serving experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- read, write and speak English fluently
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
- serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
- clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
- anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
- work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
- follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
- maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
