Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate effectively with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Combination of education and experience in hospitality or related fields
  • Previous hotel experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests during events
  • Set up event spaces before functions and break down after events
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
  • Report to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager
  • Ensure guests feel welcomed with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support event success
