Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in hospitality or related fields
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests during events
- Set up event spaces before functions and break down after events
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- Report to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager
- Ensure guests feel welcomed with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support event success
