Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Clear tables and assist with cleanup after events, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
