Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment

Job Duties
- Set up banquet tables, linens, place settings, and service stations according to event specifications
- serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- maintain a high level of customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met
- assist with clearing tables, removing plates, and maintaining a clean and organized event space
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- work collaboratively with banquet staff, event coordinators, and management to ensure smooth event operations
- assist in event breakdown and cleanup after service is complete
- be knowledgeable about menu items and accommodate guest requests or dietary restrictions as needed
- follow all alcohol service laws and assist with beverage service if required
