Job Requirements
- Previous experience of 2 or more years as a banquet or restaurant server
- high school graduate or minimum 18 years of age
- strong guest service and hospitality skills with ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy trays or equipment
- medium work including exerting 10-45 pounds
- walking and standing during a 4-8 hour shift with adequate breaks

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- serve food and beverages efficiently and in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
- follow all service standards, safety, and sanitation procedures
- assist with breakdown and clean-up after events
- communicate professionally, clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors
- anticipate and respond to guest needs in a friendly and attentive manner
- uphold the high hospitality standards of Templeton Landing at all times
