Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in an upscale hotel or resort food and beverage operation is preferred but not required
  • Must understand and be able to establish basic English conversations
  • Must have at least one year of customer service experience
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 pounds, carry items long distances, navigate stairs and ramps, and must be able to bend repeatedly at the waist
  • Must observe personal hygiene and have a current Food Handlers Card along with a current Gaming License

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in upscale hotel or resort food and beverage operation preferred
  • Ability to communicate basic English conversations
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Current Food Handlers Card
  • Current Gaming License
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, carry items over distances, navigate stairs and ramps, and bend repeatedly at the waist

Job Duties

  • Assist banquet manager, assistant manager and captains to serve all banquet functions, concerts and catered events in a timely manner
  • Be responsible and familiar with room sets, table settings, buffet presentations, menu items, napkin folds and banquet service standards
  • Understand the location and proper use of all banquet items, materials, equipment, condiments, utensils and other supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and working stations at all times
  • Bus dishes and equipment in and out of banquet rooms following established standards
  • Observe personal hygiene requirements and maintain a high standard of appearance
  • Adhere to all rules, regulations and policies outlined in the employee handbook and company training materials
