Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- must be able to communicate clearly in English spoken and written
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- must be able to stand walk bend and move for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- alcohol awareness certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- provide exceptional service to guests in banquet and catering settings
- set up and break down event spaces including linens tableware and place settings
- deliver food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation
- follow all Pennsylvania state laws and BCC policies regarding food and beverage service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- communicate professionally with guests teammates and kitchen staff
- handle guest requests and respond to questions with a helpful can-do attitude
