Job Duties
- Set up linens, napkins, china, flatware, and other items as required prior to the event
- Assist with food and table preparation prior to each event
- Serve food to guests, both plated and buffet options
- Clear tables and clean the room at the end of the event
- Assist banquet supervisor in closing tasks
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and co-workers
- Work efficiently and swiftly as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
