Job Duties
- Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
- Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform and professional appearance
- Seek out the supervisor or manager letting them that you are present
- Check the bulletin board for duty assignments and sections
- Report to manager or supervisor after completion of pre-function duty
- Attend the function meeting given by the supervisor or manager, ask questions if you do not understand
- Be aware of what is being served (menu), the order of courses served, the direction taken when serving, and any bar information
- Coordinate with Banquet Captain or Manager regarding particulars of service (wine, bread, dressing, hors-d'oeuvres, etc.)
- Coordinate with Banquet Captain or Manager when to break down and clear and clean room and work areas
- Responsible to check re-set assignments, coordinate with Captain or Manager as to the correct and proper procedure to accomplish the assignment
- To perform other duties as directed by your supervisor or Club manager
