Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous server experience a plus but not required
- Excellent people skills required
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Long periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart that weighs up to 150 lbs
- Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply

Job Duties
- Serving food and beverages in a prompt and professional manner
- Assisting in the set up and tear down of banquet-related equipment such as tables and table settings
- Maintaining a neat and clean atmosphere
- Reading Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring all contract requirements are met prior to the start of the event
- Being attentive and removing plates once guest is finished, refilling water glasses as needed, and addressing any other guest requests
- Adhering to safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies
- Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
