Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have or obtain a TABC license when bartending
- Ability to stand for long hours and move around event facilities
- Capacity to lift and carry at least 20 pounds regularly
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain good hygiene and neat appearance

- Prior experience in the food and beverage service industry preferred

- Good hygiene and neat, conservative appearance
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Exemplary food and beverage service skills in a fine dining atmosphere
- Strong commitment to exemplary customer service
- Ability to read, understand, and implement ASM Standards of Service, Banquet Event Orders, and other policies
- Ability to take and follow directions and remain flexible and adjust to situations
Job Duties
- Assist with preparation and set-up of event room including collection of banquet equipment such as flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces
- Prepare garnishes, beverages, condiments, and bread baskets
- Clean and fill salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, and creamers
- Prepare tables with place settings as instructed
- Fulfill service according to Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and standards set by management or clients
- Breakdown banquet equipment and set up after each event and clean and return serving pieces to storage
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, and coworkers
- Comply with all health and safety codes
- Perform other duties as assigned
