Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- guest service experience preferred
- server experience preferred
- responsible alcohol service certification
- food safety certification
- ability to speak and hear
- good vision including close and distance
- ability to lift and carry 6-25 lbs
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- manual dexterity with hands and fingers
- willingness to work overtime and irregular hours

Job Duties
- Sets up banquet table linens, china, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces
- sets up waiting and beverage stations and perishable items for banquet service
- serves all food and beverages to banquet guests
- clears away all dishes and items used in banquet service including linens
- ensures proper storage of all equipment and perishable foods
- maintains clean and orderly work areas
- prepares for future banquets by folding napkins and filling condiments
- relieves other employees to allow breaks
- greets guests in a friendly and warm manner
- performs other duties as assigned
