Job Requirements

- Previous experience in banquet or food and beverage service preferred
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages during events in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner
- Clear tables, remove service items, and reset rooms as needed throughout the event
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of buffets, food stations, and bar areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and banquet team for smooth service flow
