Job Requirements
- Must have 1 years of related experience in food and beverage
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
- Must have food and beverage, a la carte and banquet experience
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have strong service orientation
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform the correct policies and procedures
- Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events or a la carte dining
- Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests
- Responsible for serving clients during events including refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables
- Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
