Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must hold or obtain a TABC card if bartending
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 20 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain good hygiene and a neat appearance
- Must have ability to follow directions and adjust to changing situations
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors under varying conditions

- Prior experience in the food and beverage service industry preferred

- Ability to read, understand, and implement ASM Standards of Service and Banquet Event Orders
- Ability to take and follow directions and remain flexible
Job Duties
- Assist with preparation and set-up of event room including collection of banquet equipment such as flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces
- Prepare garnishes, beverages, condiments, and bread baskets
- Clean and fill salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, and creamers
- Prepare tables with place settings as instructed
- Fulfill service per Banquet Event Orders and standards set by management, client, or Banquet Captain
- Breakdown banquet equipment and clean and return serving pieces to storage after each event
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, and co-workers
