Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent preferred
- One year food or beverage service experience preferred
- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers Course within 30 days of date of hire
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and push or pull 100 lbs.
- Ability to pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require pre-employment and random drug screening
- Punctual and regular attendance according to policy
- Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and overtime as needed

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

- Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers Course within 30 days of hire
- Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License
- Ability to lift and balance heavy trays above shoulder level
Job Duties
- Serves at food and beverage functions in accordance with banquet event orders, banquet service policies, and banquet management instructions
- Provides friendly, professional, courteous, and timely service to every guest
- Assists in setting banquet rooms with proper linen, silverware, china and glassware for events
- Stocks service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
- Bus tables during and after service, assisting with clearing and resetting banquet rooms as needed
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to understand directives
- Complete required computer-assisted training in a timely manner
- Return equipment to proper storage and maintain cleanliness and organization
