Job Duties
- Performs related banquet setup tasks
- cleans all assigned work areas in the kitchen and banquet areas
- advises managers or floor captain of any member or guest complaint as soon as they occur
- assists in closing functions and resetting the room for the next function
- assures that all state and local laws and club policies for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed
- consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements, including those related to personal hygiene and appearance
- completes other appropriate assignments made by the assistant director of events, director of events or floor captain
