Job Duties

- Serve plated meals or buffets to guests in a timely manner
- Refill beverages and clear used dishes throughout the event
- Follow special instructions regarding dietary restrictions or custom menus
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet team for course timing
- Maintain professionalism and provide attentive customer service
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
