- Flexible schedule must be able to work nights and weekends
- must be able to lift/move 20 lbs
- substance screening is required before employment
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent preferred
- serving experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- attention to detail
- knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Performs related banquet setup tasks
- cleans all assigned work areas in the kitchen and banquet areas
- advises Managers or Floor Captain of any member or guest complaint as soon as they occur
- assists in closing functions and resetting the room for the next function
- assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed
- consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements including those related to personal hygiene and appearance
- completes other appropriate assignments made by the Assistant Director of Events, Director of Events or Floor Captain
