Job Requirements

Job Duties
- assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
- relay food and beverage orders
- perform pre and post shift side work such as setup of condiments
- properly store all reusable goods
- clear tables after service and remove trays of dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the kitchen for cleaning
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations
- maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person
- respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally
- notify supervisor of guest complaints or unusual situations
- respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns
- present in professional appearance and mannerisms
- perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with setup and breakdown of function spaces and plating of meals
