Job Requirements

Job Duties
- adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
- consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
- transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
- keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest's orders
- serve order by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
- issue bills & collects payment
- including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
- assist other servers as needed
