- Previous hotel or banquet service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job duties including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests during events
- Set up event spaces including tables, chairs, and linens
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with event requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized environment before, during, and after events
- Report to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager
- Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any service-related needs
