Job Requirements

  • experience in banquet or restaurant service
  • ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment
  • availability to work at least four days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work well in fast-paced environments
  • physically able to perform duties

Job Duties

  • provide prompt, professional service to guests during banquets and events
  • set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including table arrangements and decor
  • serve food and beverages efficiently following proper service standards
  • address guest needs and special requests with a positive attitude
  • work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and successful events
  • assist with event breakdown and resetting rooms for future functions
  • take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
