- experience in banquet or restaurant service
- ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment
- availability to work at least four days a week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- provide prompt, professional service to guests during banquets and events
- set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including table arrangements and decor
- serve food and beverages efficiently following proper service standards
- address guest needs and special requests with a positive attitude
- work closely with the banquet team to ensure smooth and successful events
- assist with event breakdown and resetting rooms for future functions
- take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel
