Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- willingness to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends
- ability to follow safety standards including MSDS and OSHA
- ability to serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food service experience a plus
- ability to remember and recite menu items
Job Duties
- Set up banquet room as instructed by supervisor
- attend roll call meetings to learn event particulars and guest expectations
- serve food and beverages in accordance with supervisor guidance
- replenish beverages and check with guests for satisfaction
- promptly remove dishes after each course or meal
- respond to guest special requests and resolve complaints
- abide by all regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages
- practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
- perform other duties as requested by management
