Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in banquet serving or similar role
- Valid TABC certification
- Valid Food Handlers license in Texas
- Ability to lift 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 to 12 hours during events
- Completion of background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
- Applicable work history TABC and Food Handlers license required in Texas
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently stand or walk 8-12 hours
- Submit and complete background check have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify
Job Duties
- Set up banquet areas including moving tables and chairs according to event specifications
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve food plated and buffet ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event
- Execute closing duties including clearing tables breaking down banquet areas and storing equipment
- Work closely with culinary and planning team to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with fellow servers to provide efficient and attentive service
