Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take orders from guests, ensuring timely and attentive service
  • Address guest questions or concerns promptly and courteously, handling any issues professionally
  • Provide recommendations and help guests enjoy their event
  • Serve alcohol in compliance with legal drinking age laws and company policies
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary, maintaining a safe and responsible environment
  • Ensure proper identification is checked when serving alcohol to ensure compliance with legal standards
  • Follow all safety and health protocols, ensuring guest and staff safety
  • Assist in setting up the bar area for special events, ensuring all supplies and equipment are in place
  • Serve drinks and food at events, maintaining high service standards even during busy or high-volume periods
  • Break down and clean the area after events, ensuring it is left in good condition
  • Work effectively with other servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth event operations
  • Communicate effectively with event staff to ensure that orders are delivered accurately and promptly
  • Assist in the training of new staff members or bartenders, if applicable
