Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule must be able to work nights and weekends
- must be able to lift or move 20 lbs
- substance screening is required before employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- preferred one year serving experience
- ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and management
- knowledge of sanitation and hygiene requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Performs related banquet setup tasks
- cleans all assigned work areas in the kitchen and banquet areas including front kitchen line and back storage area
- advises managers or floor captain of any member or guest complaint as soon as they occur
- assists in closing functions by removing linen, busing glassware, dishes, silverware etc and resetting the room for the next function
- assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed
- consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements including those related to personal hygiene and appearance
- completes other appropriate assignments made by the Assistant Director of Events, Director of Events or Floor Captain
