Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule must be able to work nights and weekends
  • must be able to lift or move 20 lbs
  • substance screening is required before employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • preferred one year serving experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with members, guests, and management
  • knowledge of sanitation and hygiene requirements
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Performs related banquet setup tasks
  • cleans all assigned work areas in the kitchen and banquet areas including front kitchen line and back storage area
  • advises managers or floor captain of any member or guest complaint as soon as they occur
  • assists in closing functions by removing linen, busing glassware, dishes, silverware etc and resetting the room for the next function
  • assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed
  • consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements including those related to personal hygiene and appearance
  • completes other appropriate assignments made by the Assistant Director of Events, Director of Events or Floor Captain
