Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of wine service, table service procedures, and table etiquette strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow all departmental and property policies and procedures
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate
- Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments

Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff, and culinary production team
- Take food and beverage orders, deliver prepared food promptly, and check with table periodically to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain current and accurate information regarding menu items, preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients, and plate presentation
- Suggest items to guests based on expressed guest preferences
- Resolve service issues according to established guidelines
- Assist bus persons in bussing, cleaning, and setting tables as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of designated areas in accordance with established health and safety standards
- Deep clean restaurant equipment such as tables, chairs, booths, soda and juice dispensers, coffee machines as scheduled or required
- Operate and maintain equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
- Complete assigned side work as directed
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
