Job Duties

  • Collect proper glassware, ice, napkins, china, and flatware as required
  • Check for cleanliness and polish as needed
  • Set up tables properly with folded napkins and condiments
  • Check Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to ensure all service requirements are met
  • Set up side stations in scheduled rooms
  • Serve functions according to banquet department standards
  • Clear tables and strip rooms after service
  • Clean and restock service areas and equipment after meals
  • Maintain good guest relations and exemplary professional conduct
  • Demonstrate assertiveness, decisiveness, and teamwork
  • Plan and organize tasks efficiently
  • Work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
