Job Duties
- Collect proper glassware, ice, napkins, china, and flatware as required
- Check for cleanliness and polish as needed
- Set up tables properly with folded napkins and condiments
- Check Banquet Event Orders (BEO) to ensure all service requirements are met
- Set up side stations in scheduled rooms
- Serve functions according to banquet department standards
- Clear tables and strip rooms after service
- Clean and restock service areas and equipment after meals
- Maintain good guest relations and exemplary professional conduct
- Demonstrate assertiveness, decisiveness, and teamwork
- Plan and organize tasks efficiently
- Work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
