Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a hospitality setting
- Must be RAMP certified or willing to obtain RAMP certification for employment
- Previous experience working as a banquet server is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, guest relations, food, and beverage preparations as well as etiquette
- Available to work major holidays such as Easter, Mother's Day, and Thanksgiving
- Abide by all laws and company policies that regulate serving alcoholic beverages
- Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies, and rules
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Always arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat and professional appearance
- Frequently wash hands for proper food handling
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding in an appropriate manner
- Prepares for an upcoming event to include gathering supplies and proper set-up
- Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome
- Butler Hors d'oeuvres as needed while being polite, friendly, and helpful to guests
- General clean-up (bussing of plates and glassware)
- Confirm orders accordingly to your assigned section and tables
- Replenish drinks and wine along with providing coffee services in a timely manner
- Always maintain clean tables efficiently
- General Clean-up and breakdown at the events conclusion
- Reset the banquet room as required and instructed
- Cater to the guests' requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner to ensure an overall superior level of customer service
- Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct
- Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management
- Reports to the Banquet Captain
