- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs
- food handler’s and alcohol service certifications where required

Job Duties
- set up and break down event spaces according to banquet specs
- serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
- follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- communicate with kitchen and banquet leads to ensure smooth execution
- assist teammates with service coverage as needed
