Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- physical ability to bend and lift up to 30 lbs
- reliable and trustworthy
- effectively manage time and multitask under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience preferred
- basic knowledge of liquors, beer, and wine
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail including strong memory for names and faces
- punctuality and professionalism in manner and appearance
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders from guests accurately and record transactions in the POS system
- learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the food menu including allergens and dietary options
- greet members and guests by name and provide excellent service
- comply with state, local, and club laws and policies for alcohol service
- maintain adequate supplies and stock at the server station
- complete opening and closing checklists including cleaning duties
- report comments or complaints to management
- maintain and clean equipment and keep service areas organized
- perform any other duties assigned by management
