- physical ability to move arms and shoulders while working
- ability to independently lift and carry supplies weighing up to 60 pounds from floor to waist and 50 pounds from floor to shoulder
- ability to carry supplies up or down stairs
- ability to pull or push carts and containers
- ability to work in confined areas with wide temperature variations

Job Duties
- Provide world class hospitality and customer service throughout events
- set up and break down events including banquet props, tables, chairs, buffets, table linen, silverware, glassware and china
- replenish food and beverage stations throughout events
- execute table service meals including wine and coffee service
- perform side work including polishing silverware and glassware, filling condiments and coffee service items, assists in loading and unloading of catering trucks
- clean dining rooms and event spaces
- provide cleaning and organizational support during catered events to minimize trash and ensure buffets and beverage stations stay clean, neat and organized
- communicate customer requests to management and event leads in a clear manner
- support a safe work environment by following work rules and safety guidelines
- support event service and logistics needs with the support of catering management and lead staff
