Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months serving experience
  • food safety certification or willingness to complete training
  • alcohol certification or willingness to complete training
  • physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups
  • food safety certification or complete training within first 90 days
  • alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set up event spaces per Banquet Event Orders including linens, settings, and A/V equipment
  • break down event spaces after functions
  • serve food and beverages ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction
  • maintain clean and organized banquet areas during events
  • manage guest needs professionally
  • support the event contact throughout the function
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation policies
