Job Requirements

Minimum 6 months serving experience
food safety certification or willingness to complete training
alcohol certification or willingness to complete training
physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
ability to stand and walk for entire shift
flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Set up event spaces per Banquet Event Orders including linens, settings, and A/V equipment
break down event spaces after functions
serve food and beverages ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction
maintain clean and organized banquet areas during events
manage guest needs professionally
support the event contact throughout the function
adhere to food safety and sanitation policies
