Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous server experience a plus but not required
- excellent people skills required
- must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- long periods of standing and walking
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart that weighs up to 150 lbs

Job Duties
- Serving food and beverages in a prompt and professional manner
- assisting in the set up and tear down of banquet-related equipment such as tables and table settings
- maintaining a neat and clean atmosphere
- reading Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring all contract requirements are met prior to the start of the event
- being attentive and removing plates once guest is finished, refilling water glasses as needed, and addressing any other guest requests
- adhering to safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies
- performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
