Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- assist with setting up tables chairs linens silverware glassware and decorations according to event specifications or banquet event orders beos
- ensure event spaces are clean organized and properly staged before guest arrival
- greet guests in a warm friendly manner
- serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally following proper portion control and presentation standards
- remain attentive to guest needs throughout the event refilling drinks clearing plates and responding to requests promptly
- maintain knowledge of event menus and beverage offerings to accurately answer guest questions
- communicate guest feedback or issues to the banquet captain or manager promptly
- clear tables and remove items post-event in a clean and organized manner
- assist in breaking down equipment storing supplies and resetting rooms for upcoming events
- follow all safety and sanitation standards including hilton brand guidelines
- maintain cleanliness of banquet areas before during and after events
- work closely with the kitchen event planning and management teams to ensure seamless event execution
- participate in team meetings briefings and training as needed
