Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous banquet or food service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- customer service orientation
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
- legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties
- set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- ensure guest satisfaction by attending to special requests and needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet event spaces
- collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth event operations
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
