Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior banquet serving experience preferred
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • knowledge of food safety protocols

Job Duties

  • set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
  • serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
  • assist with the breakdown and cleanup after events
  • follow safety and sanitary regulations strictly
  • collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service flow
