Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule including availability for evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquet serving hospitality or related customer service roles preferred
- Must have Food Handlers certificate and TABC permit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including tables linens and tableware
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive courteous service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service completion
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and company policies
