Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups
- Food safety certification or complete training within first 90 days
- Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand or walk for entire shift
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Set up event spaces according to banquet event orders including linens, settings, and A/V equipment
- Serve food and beverages focusing on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized banquet areas during events
- Manage guest needs professionally supporting the event contact
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe environment
