Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups
  • Food safety certification or complete training within first 90 days
  • Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand or walk for entire shift
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set up event spaces according to banquet event orders including linens, settings, and A/V equipment
  • Serve food and beverages focusing on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain clean and organized banquet areas during events
  • Manage guest needs professionally supporting the event contact
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe environment
